We have all certainly been “There and Back Again” this year, haven’t we?
Creatures large and small have all been tried and tested yet again. When we live life “Out of the Fire and Into the Frying Pan”, it’s so preciously important to make time to slow down, appreciate the joys in life, and walk forward in courage! Treasures in life come in many forms: our favorite treasure cannot be found under a Lonely Mountain. Our favorite treasure can be found among fellowship, under the oaks of our favorite Tea Bar. Be a part of history and join us in the Shire for one more uproarious party to find your own treasured cuppa tea, a meal fit for the hungriest hobbits, and games to ring out the evening air with laughter! In future, we will be offering your own private hobbit tea parties available for booking on your schedule, but this will very likely be the last official Hobbit Tea party open to the public. We have some new surprises, new characters, and all kinds of fun ideas for our Tolkien Finale.
Saturday, April 30th at 6:30 PM here at the Copper Kettle Tea Bar 106 N. Chicago St. will kick off the fun, and you can expect to see plenty of Elves, Hobbits, Dwarves, the occasional Wizard, and even a few humans all in attendance to enjoy the best steeped teas the Prancing Pony has to offer, topped off with a feast that is always talked about for ages to come. Feel free to stick around for stories around the fire. Tea has a habit of making fast friends.
It is certainly bittersweet, but after you get to revel in The Shire with all of the magical creatures for the last official party, you will be able to book your very own adventure through our available dates: copperkettlebooking@gmail.com
